01 / Scope
Build a clear record of the conditions.
Waterproofing is part of the company’s stated services. Locations, methods and scope must be discussed against the actual conditions. This page helps prepare an enquiry; it does not diagnose a site or promise that a particular treatment is suitable.
Location and timing
Identify ceilings, walls, window edges or other affected areas. Note whether the issue is continuous, appears after rain or coincides with particular water use. Both wider views and close-up photographs help explain the relationship between locations.
Finishes and previous work
If waterproofing, repairs or surface patching have been attempted, share the dates, scope and photographs available. Previous records help the discussion; the appearance of a stain alone does not establish its cause.
Treatment and follow-on work
Waterproofing and restoration of finishes may involve different work items. Explain which areas you want restored and clarify the locations to inspect, access conditions and other coordination needs.
02 / How to begin
A useful first conversation.
- 01
Share the conditions
Provide the location, photographs, timing and known circumstances to start the conversation.
- 02
Confirm the next step
The engineering team will confirm whether a site discussion is needed, how to arrange it and what further information would help.
- 03
Discuss the scope
Once the information and conditions are clearer, discuss the treatment direction, related work and specific arrangements.
03 / Prepare your enquiry
Bring what you know.
- The address, wider views and close-up photographs of affected areas, and a record of visible changes.
- When the issue began, its frequency and any relationship to rain or water use.
- Previous treatment records, existing finishes, access arrangements and the questions you want to discuss.
04 / Questions
Before we speak.
Can photographs alone establish the source?+
Photographs support an initial conversation but may not establish the source or a suitable treatment. The engineering team will confirm whether further information or a site discussion is needed.
Does repainting mean the leak has been treated?+
Restoring the appearance and addressing the cause of a leak are different matters. Clarify the conditions and treatment scope before discussing restoration of finishes.
Is there a fixed price or guarantee period?+
This page does not publish unconfirmed prices or guarantees. Fees, scope and any maintenance terms should follow the information provided and agreed for the specific project.
